• Dilution and Coverage, Normal purposes: Light growths - Dilution rate 1 : 4 or 1 : 9, Total dilute: 25 litres or 50 litres, Rougher surfaces: 75-100 m2/150-200 m2, Smoother surfaces: 175+ m2/350+ m2
• MMC-PRO will function at dilution rates in excess of 1:9, however generally recommended this as a maximum in order to minimise the frequency of re-treatment.

Brintons MMC-PRO
For professional/commercial users

MMC-PRO is the most efficient way to treat mould, algae and moss on all hard surfaces. In comparison, pressure-washing is time-consuming, labour-intensive and abrasive, it often accelerates the growth of mould and algae.

MMC-PRO: broad-spectrum anti-viral and antibacterial disinfectant, fungicide/algaecide and cationic detergent.

Target: black/green mould/algae and moss on all exterior hard surfaces.

Function: the product will kill mould and other growths within typically 2-4 days, and the secondary detergent action will help to clean the treated exposed surfaces in the following weeks and months.

KEY BENEFITS
Easy & Quick Application
Simply dilute with water and apply when the surface is dry. Saturate the surface. Don't apply if rain is expected in the following 5-6 hours.

No scrubbing. No pressure washing. There is no need for aggressive and time-consuming cleaning systems.

Non-abrasive
Only apply with a knapsack sprayer or other low-pressure applicator.

Multisurface
MMC-PRO is suitable for all exterior hard surfaces (see below), including delicate surfaces such as plaster and glass.

Long-lasting effect
The product will typically protect against re-growth for 6-9 months after the first treatment, and for 9-12 months after subsequent treatments.

Biodegradation and classification
MMC-PRO is readily biodegradable to EC/OECD standards, contains no bleach or acids, and is not corrosive. MMC-PRO, as supplied, is classified N, Xi: R36/38 under CHIP3. At the minimum dilution rate of 1:4, the dilute a zero human health hazard classification. It is classified as Dangerous for the Environment because of its toxicity to aquatic life. MMC-PRO is fully HSE and PCS approved.
